The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare has announced mandatory comprehensive safety training requirements for all workers in industrial estates, effective immediately. All workers must complete certification by December 31, 2024.

Training programs will be conducted by certified institutions with government subsidies covering 70% of costs for companies with fewer than 500 employees.
