Training Format
4.1 Active & Experiential Learning: The training focuses on learning through active participation of trainees, using lectures, group discussions, brainstorming activities (Think–Pair–Share), and workshops, coupled with Experiential Learning to ensure deep understanding and immediate application of knowledge.
4.2 Case & Simulated Learning: Uses case studies from the industrial sector and simulations to allow trainees to practice analyzing problems, thinking systematically, and making decisions in contexts close to reality, including Lesson Learned sessions from activities to foster sustainable learning.
4.3 Expected Goals and Outcomes of Training: Aims to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for working in the modern world, such as analytical thinking, systemic problem solving, teamwork, and technology application. The expected outcome is for trainees to be able to apply knowledge in actual work, make effective decisions, and develop innovations that meet organizational needs.
4.4 Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluations are conducted both before and after training to measure trainees' development in knowledge, skills, and attitudes, including observation of behavior in group activities, project evaluation, and individual learning reflection to ensure comprehensive measurement according to set goals.
